1. Service Description

Covered Chic Club ("we," "us," or "our") operates a clothing rental subscription service through www.coveredchicclub.com. Our service allows members to rent modest clothing pieces on a subscription basis.

2. Membership and Subscription

2.1. By subscribing to Covered Chic Club, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee.

2.2. Each subscription cycle allows you to select 4 items from our available collection of 20 pieces.

2.3. Members must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method on file.

2.4. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any additional charges as outlined in these terms.

3. Rental Process

3.1. Selection and Delivery

Members may select 4 items from the available collection
Items will be shipped to the address provided during registration
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

3.2. Rental Period and Returns

The rental period is 30 days from the date of delivery
All 4 items must be returned within this 30-day period
Failure to return any item within 30 days will result in an automatic charge for the full retail price of the non-returned item(s) to the payment method on file
Once an item is charged as non-returned, it becomes the property of the member

4. Care of Items

4.1. Members agree to:

Handle all rented items with reasonable care
Not modify, alter, or tailor any rented items
Return items in similar condition as received, accounting for normal wear
Not smoke while wearing rented items
Report any damage immediately

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Return Process

All items must be returned using the provided shipping label
Items must be cleaned according to provided care instructions
Items must be returned in the original packaging provided

5.2. Damage or Loss

Members are responsible for excessive damage or loss of items
Fair wear and tear is acceptable
Lost items will be charged at full retail price to the payment method on file

6. Billing and Fees

6.1. Monthly Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly
No refunds for partial months
Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

6.2. Additional Charges

Late return fees
Damage or loss charges
Cleaning fees for items returned in unacceptable condition
Full retail price for items not returned within 30 days

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1. Member Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time
All outstanding items must be returned
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Non-returned items will still be charged at full retail price

7.2. Company Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violation of terms
Immediate termination may occur for fraudulent activity

Members agree to provide accurate, current information
Payment information will be securely stored for subscription charges and any additional fees
