2. Return the clothes within 7 business days of your refund request.
3. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
For customers who have pre-purchased multiple months of service, any unused portion of your subscription will be refunded to the original payment method.

Hemming Services
We offer limited alteration services, which are restricted to hemming bottoms, including:

These hemming adjustments are performed by our in-house tailoring experts to maintain the original design and quality of the garments.

Ready to move on? Canceling is simple. Just log into your account, go to "Subscription Settings," and click "Cancel Membership." Your account access continues until the end of your billing period.
